Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 2 lb. thinly sliced beef or venison
Method
- Mix soy sauce, garlic salt and lemon pepper in zipper bag. Add meat; marinate in refrigerator overnight.
- Place in single layer on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 200° for 10 to 12 hours.
- Store in airtight container.
