Ingredients
- 1 pkg. grnd beef formed into cubes
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Garlic pwdr to taste
- Onion, minced
- Green peppers in thick chunks
- 1 teaspoon each basil & oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- Red wine
Method
- Brown cubes in non-stick skillet, sprinkle with garlic pwdr and Worcestershire sauce.
- Push meat to side, add in onion and pepper.
- Saute/fry till onion is yellow, pepper crisp.
- Add in basil, oregano and rosemary.
- Simmer for a minute mixing seasonings with meat and vegetables.
- Add in wine to taste (about 1/2 c.).
- Simmer for 5 min.
- Serve over cooked rice.
