Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. grnd beef formed into cubes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Garlic pwdr to taste
  • Onion, minced
  • Green peppers in thick chunks
  • 1 teaspoon each basil & oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • Red wine

Method

  • Brown cubes in non-stick skillet, sprinkle with garlic pwdr and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Push meat to side, add in onion and pepper.
  • Saute/fry till onion is yellow, pepper crisp.
  • Add in basil, oregano and rosemary.
  • Simmer for a minute mixing seasonings with meat and vegetables.
  • Add in wine to taste (about 1/2 c.).
  • Simmer for 5 min.
  • Serve over cooked rice.
