Ingredients

  • 1 x 12 ounce yolk-free egg noodles medium vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 x onion diced fine
  • 1 x 12 ounce Morningstar Farms Soy Crumbles
  • 1 x 15 ounce tomato sauce
  • 1 x 8 ounce nonfat cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. nonfat lowfat sour cream
  • 1 x 1 c. lowfat cottage cheese 1 %
  • 1 bn green onions white and green diced

Method

  • Cook and drain noodles.
  • Set aside.
  • Saute/fry onion in Pam till soft.
  • Stir in soy crumbles.
  • Saute/fry for a few min then add in tomato sauce.
  • Salt and pepper if you like.
  • Combine cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, cottage cheese and green onion.
  • Grease a 13 x 9 pan.
  • Layer in half the noodles, all the filling, the rest of the noodles, top with sauce.
  • Cover and bake at 350 for 30 - 45 min or possibly till warm.
  • NOTES : Kristin: You can use hamburger instead of soy crumbles.
