Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 oz. uncooked noodles

Method

  • Cook and stir hamburger and onion in 12-inch skillet until hamburger is light brown; drain.
  • Stir in green beans with liquid and remaining ingredients.
  • Heat to boiling.
  • Reduce heat.
  • Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Serves 6.
