Ingredients
- 4 lb. rump roast
- 1 medium bottle Heinz barbecue sauce
- 1 small onion, diced
Method
- Cook rump roast at 325°.
- Let cool.
- Remove fat and cut rump roast into chunks. Add onion and barbecue sauce.
- Mix well.
- Place in covered pan.
- Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
- Makes 12 to 16 servings.
