Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix onion and raw ground beef (salt and pepper to taste).
  • Press raw mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  • Cover with raw sliced potatoes.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with cream of mushroom soup.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for one hour.
