Ingredients

  • 4 oz. corkscrew macaroni
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, cut broccoli
  • 6 oz. thinly sliced cooked beef
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 small tomatoes, cut into small wedges
  • 1 c. crumbled Feta cheese (4 oz.)
  • 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing

Method

  • Cook pasta in a large amount of boiling salted water for 9 minutes. Add broccoli. Return to boiling.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more or until broccoli is crisp-tender. Drain in colander. Rinse with cold water. Drain again.
