Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef cubes
- 3 cubes beef bouillon
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 diced carrot
- 3/4 pkg. egg noodles
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cut beef into bite size pieces.
- Put into a large pot of water.
- Add bouillon cubes, onion and carrot.
- Cook in oven at 300° for 3 hours.
- Remove from oven and put on top of stove.
- Add egg noodles.
