- 1 can black-eyed peas, drained
- 1 can pinto beans, drained
- 1 can kidney bean, drained
- 1 can great northern bean, drained
- 1 can vegetable broth
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- garlic powder, salt,and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
