Ingredients

  • 2 c. bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • 1 cloves, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp. finely minced scallion
  • 2 drops sesame oil
  • 5 c. water

Method

  • Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly in cool water.
  • Put the clean, washed the bean sprouts in medium size pot.
  • Add in water and salt.
  • Cover the pot lid to boil about 25 min.
  • Reduce heat to simmer.
  • Add in chopped garlic, minced scallion, and 2 drops of sesame oil.
  • Bring to boil again about 10 more min.
  • Serve with cooked rice.
  • Makes 4 servings.
  • Bean Sprouts have a plenty of Vitamin C. It is good for the cool.
