Ingredients
- 2 c. bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 1 cloves, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp. finely minced scallion
- 2 drops sesame oil
- 5 c. water
Method
- Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly in cool water.
- Put the clean, washed the bean sprouts in medium size pot.
- Add in water and salt.
- Cover the pot lid to boil about 25 min.
- Reduce heat to simmer.
- Add in chopped garlic, minced scallion, and 2 drops of sesame oil.
- Bring to boil again about 10 more min.
- Serve with cooked rice.
- Makes 4 servings.
- Bean Sprouts have a plenty of Vitamin C. It is good for the cool.
