Ingredients
- 5 pound beans
- 1 gallon tomatoes, minced
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1 teaspoon warm sauce
- 1 pound pork fat
- 3 tbsp. salt
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
Method
- In large container, cook the beans with pork fat, salt and baking soda till mostly done.
- Add in tomatoes, onion, warm sauce and sugar and simmer till completely done.
- Beans and tomatoes will be real soupy.
