Ingredients
- 10 flour burritos
- 2 to 3 c. cooked pinto beans
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. picante sauce
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped Velveeta
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped Mozzarella
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 chopped avocado (optional)
Method
- Mash beans and cook on medium heat in a nonstick skillet.
- Add onion, sauce and cheese.
- Spoon into burritos and place in casserole dish.
