Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) Van Camp's pork and beans
  • 1 Tbsp. Mexican seasoning
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 (10 to 12 oz.) taco sauce
  • shredded lettuce
  • chopped tomato
  • black olives, sliced (optional)

Method

  • Combine first two ingredients.
  • Set aside.
  • Spoon heaping 1 cup of bean mixture and ladle of cheese onto center of each tortilla.
  • Roll up tortillas to enclose filling.
  • Place, seam side down, in an 11 x 7-inch microwave dish.
  • Pour taco sauce evenly over burritos.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Loosely cover dish.
  • Cook on High for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with lettuce and tomato on top.
