Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) Van Camp's pork and beans
- 1 Tbsp. Mexican seasoning
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 (10 to 12 oz.) taco sauce
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomato
- black olives, sliced (optional)
Method
- Combine first two ingredients.
- Set aside.
- Spoon heaping 1 cup of bean mixture and ladle of cheese onto center of each tortilla.
- Roll up tortillas to enclose filling.
- Place, seam side down, in an 11 x 7-inch microwave dish.
- Pour taco sauce evenly over burritos.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Loosely cover dish.
- Cook on High for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with lettuce and tomato on top.
