Ingredients
- 1/3 c. flour (bread)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 lb. breast (white) meat, cut in 1-inch cubes
Method
- Make kettle 1/2 full of berries.
- Fill it up with water and heat slowly until berries turn light.
- Put through strainer and add sugar, 3 pounds to a gallon.
- Stir until sugar is dissolved, then put in jars.
- Let it work for a few weeks.
