Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 3/4 c. white wine
  • 2 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp. dried chopped chives
  • dash of white pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb. bass fillets

Method

  • Heat oven to 300°.
  • Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  • In small bowl, mix flour and sour cream.
  • Blend in wine, cheese, chives and white pepper.
  • Cut fish into serving size pieces; place in prepared pan.
  • Spread with sauce.
  • Bake until fish flakes at thickest part, 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Place fish on warm serving plate.
  • Stir sauce before serving.
