Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 3/4 c. white wine
- 2 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. dried chopped chives
- dash of white pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. bass fillets
Method
- Heat oven to 300°.
- Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- In small bowl, mix flour and sour cream.
- Blend in wine, cheese, chives and white pepper.
- Cut fish into serving size pieces; place in prepared pan.
- Spread with sauce.
- Bake until fish flakes at thickest part, 30 to 40 minutes.
- Place fish on warm serving plate.
- Stir sauce before serving.
