Ingredients
- 2 c. loosely packed and chopped basil leaves
- 1 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 2/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Method
- In a food processor or blender, add ingredients and pulse in short bursts until just combined.
- Marinate.
- Should have a bit of texture.
- This especially good with grilled tomatoes and onions. Wonderful.
