Ingredients
- 1/3 cups Fresh Basil, Thinly Sliced
- 8 ounces, fluid Vodka, Your Choice Of Brand
- 1 jar 8 Oz. Canning Jar, With Lid And Ring
Method
- Prepare jar, by washing and drying throughly.
- Slice basil thinly and put into the 8 ounce canning jar.
- Pour vodka over the top until you are 1/3 inch from the top.
- Seal the jar with canning lid and ring tightening securely. Store for one week in a fridge, gently shaking once a day.
- Serve over ice or as part of a cocktail - such as Garden Lover's Spritzer.
