Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Method
- Whisk vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Continue to whisk while adding oil in a slow, steady stream until dressing is emulsified and thickened.
