Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Method
- In large skillet, combine all ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until meat is browned and vegetables are tender; drain. Cool. Freeze in three 2 c. portions. Makes 3 pints. * We often make this in the fall by making 5 or 6 times the recipe and put it in the freezer for winter.
