Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. cooled melted butter
- 5 c. flour
Method
- Cream together yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar and eggs until liquid.
- Add 1/2 cup sugar, salt, water and butter.
- Add flour. Beat well by hand.
- Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
