Method
- Place all ingredients in blender; blend until creamy.
- (You can adjust consistency by adjusting milk used.)
- Yields 2 cups. Approximate calories:
- 1 cup equals 190 calories; 1 tablespoon equals 10 calories.
- Will keep up to 2 weeks.
