Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 2 c. celery
- 1 onion
- 1 c. barley
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Brown hamburger with one onion.
- Cut up celery.
- Soak barley in water; drain.
- Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
