Ingredients
- 1 pkg. country pork ribs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Brown ribs in hot skillet on both sides until lightly browned. Place ribs in shallow baking dish.
- In bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour sauce over ribs and cover dish.
- Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
- Do not turn ribs.
- Add water if necessary.
