Ingredients
- 3 to 5 lb. shrimp
- 1 lb. butter
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- lemon juice
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 small can black pepper
- pinch of oregano and parsley
Method
- Melt butter and add all ingredients except shrimp.
- Bring to a simmer and then add shrimp.
- Cook until shells start coming away and the shrimp are good and pink.
