Ingredients
- 4 lb. chicken pieces
- 3 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 3/4 c. ketchup
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Heat small amount of oil in large skillet.
- Fry chicken until brown.
- Drain and place chicken in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients; simmer for 15 minutes.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake at 350° for about 1 hour, or until chicken is done.
- Baste occasionally.
