Ingredients
- 1 lb. red bologna
- 1 large onion
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 c. water
- 2 small onions
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Slice bologna almost through, after removing skin, and tuck slice of onion between each slice.
- Heat remaining ingredients to boiling point.
- Pour over the roll.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, until done.
- Baste often.
