Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. mashed ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. buttermilk baking mix
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Cream sugar and cream cheese until fluffy.
- Beat in bananas and eggs.
- Stir in baking mix and nuts.
- Do not beat.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until done.
- Cover with foil the last 15 minutes.
