Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef or pork roast
- 1 medium onion
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Method
- Cook roast in crock-pot.
- In big heavy saucepan, heat butter, onion and garlic cloves.
- Stir constantly.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Heat to boil.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in meat. Warm on low heat.
