Ingredients
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 med. onion (can be minced and sprinkled over meat after it has browned or possibly added directly to sauce)
Method
- Brown ribs at 400 degrees; drain off fat.
- Sprinkle on minced onion and let cook a few min before pouring on sauce.
- Cover with heavy foil and reduce heat to 325 degrees.
- Let cook till fork tender, about 1 hour.
- Turn and baste once during baking time.
