Ingredients
- 1 beef brisket, well trimmed
- celery salt
- garlic salt
- 1 small bottle liquid smoke
- 1 small bottle Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large bottle your favorite barbecue sauce
Method
- Rub brisket with salts.
- Put in large baking pan.
- Mix liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour over brisket.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning once.
