Ingredients
- 3 lb. lean beef roast
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 (16 oz.) ketchup or more
Method
- Put meat in crock-pot.
- Cook until tender enough to whip apart with a fork.
- Add other ingredients and turn on low.
- Cook about 1 hour.
- Stir often.
