- 1/2 package (15oz) refrigerated pie crust
- 1 cup milk chocolatemorsles, melted, divided
- Filling
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 3/4 cup cold milk
- 1 package (3.4 oz) white chocolate instant pudding and pie
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- toppings
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups thawed, frozen whipped topping
- 1/4 cup copped nuts
Method
- Preheat oven 450
- put pie crust into deep dish pie plate. Prick bottom of crust. bake 10-12 minutes until brown
- melt chocolate morsels. Reserve 2 tbsp of chocolate for later, spread remaining on bottom and sides of pie crust
- for filling, place cream cheese in micro-safe bowl, microwave on high 30 secs, or until softened, whisk until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk. Add pudding mix and sugar, whick until mixture thickens. fold in pineapple. Spread evenly onto the crust.
- for toppings, arrange fruit over top of pie, along with whipped topping. drizzle remaining chocolate over top. Sprinkle with nuts and serve.
