Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream or 2 cups Dream Whip
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries
  • sliced bananas

Method

  • Combine crumbs and 1/2 cup melted butter. Press into a 9 x 12 pan. Chill. In small mixing bowl, combine eggs, 1/2 cup butter and confectioners sugar. Beat on high speed about 5 minutes until thick and creamy. Spread on chilled crust. Arrange sliced banana, slightly overlapping to cover creamed mixture. Spread well drained pineapple over bananas. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with nuts and cherries. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
