Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 stick margarine
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 - 7 bananas
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • large tub of cool whip
  • chocolate syrup
  • chopped nuts
  • cherries

Method

  • Melt 1 stick margarine and mix with graham cracker crumbs. Press in bottom of a 13 x 9 pan.
  • Combine first layer, 2 sticks margarine, 2 c. powdered sugar and 2 eggs and mix at high speed at least 10 minutes, spread over crust.
  • Slice bananas and spread over first layer, drain pineapple and spread over bananas.
  • Spread cool whip over pineapple.
  • Top with drizzled chocolate, nuts and halved cherries.
  • Refrigerate overnight before serving.
