Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding, prepared
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 pt. strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (9 oz.) nondairy whipped topping
  • strawberries, sliced (for garnish)

Method

  • In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, melt margarine. Stir in crumbs. Pat mixture firmly into pan.
  • Prepare pudding according to package directions. Spread over crumb mixture.
  • Layer bananas, strawberries and pineapple. Spread whipped topping over pineapple. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Garnish with strawberries, if desired. Serves 12 to 15.
