Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding, prepared
- 4 bananas
- 1 pt. strawberries, sliced
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (9 oz.) nondairy whipped topping
- strawberries, sliced (for garnish)
Method
- In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, melt margarine. Stir in crumbs. Pat mixture firmly into pan.
- Prepare pudding according to package directions. Spread over crumb mixture.
- Layer bananas, strawberries and pineapple. Spread whipped topping over pineapple. Refrigerate overnight.
- Garnish with strawberries, if desired. Serves 12 to 15.
