Ingredients

  • 12 graham crackers, crushed
  • 8 tsp. melted margarine
  • 2 c. sugar-free banana or vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries (optional)

Method

  • Mix the graham crackers and melted margarine and spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Slice
  • the bananas on top of the crust. Spread in layers on top
  • of
  • bananas, the banana pudding, then the drained pineapple.
  • Top it
  • with
  • the
  • Cool
  • Whip
  • and the sliced strawberries.
  • Chill.
