Ingredients
- 3/4 c. chilled evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- few grains of salt
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. mashed bananas (3 medium)
- 3 Tbsp. chopped nuts
Method
- Pour chilled evaporated milk into a cold bowl.
- Add lemon juice and whisk until stiff.
- Fold in a few grains of salt, sugar, mashed bananas and chopped nuts.
- Freeze until firm, 4 hours. Serves 6.
