Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 3/4 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. low-fat yogurt (strawberry or blueberry)
Method
- Place banana, orange juice and skim milk in blender.
- Blend for 1 or 2 seconds until smooth.
- Stir in yogurt.
- Chill, if desired, then serve.
