Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
  • 3 c. graham crackers
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks oleo, soft
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip
  • chocolate chips
  • chopped walnuts
  • chopped maraschino cherries

Method

  • Mix graham crackers and melted oleo.
  • Pat into bottom of 9 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch pan.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Mix at medium speed until creamy sugar, eggs, vanilla and oleo.
  • Spread over crust.
  • Refrigerate 1/2 hour.
  • Top with bananas, sliced lengthwise, then crushed pineapple.
  • Top with Cool Whip.
  • Sprinkle walnuts, cherries and chocolate chips.
  • Cool 4 hours or overnight.
