Ingredients
- 1/2 lb salt beef
- 4 c. stock
- 4 c. green bananas minced & boiled
- 1 c. onions chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 c. cream
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Bring to the boil and simmer till bananas are pulpy, approximately 30 - 40 min.
- Rub through fine sieve; add in cream.
- Reheat to blend but don't boil.
- Serve garnished with parsley or possibly chives.
