Ingredients
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon shallots, minced
- 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Method
- Shake all ingredients together and chill for up to 7 days.
- Let stand at room temp. before using
