Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup pacific sun extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar or 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch each salt & fresh ground pepper
  • 1 pinch sugar

Method

  • In a small bowl, with wire whisk, blend all ingredients; chill.
  • Tip: For a Creamy Balsamic Herb Vinaigrette Dressing -- process all ingredients in a blender. Great on steak.
