Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup each: ground almonds and icing sugar
  • 1 tsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 3 oz. Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
  • chocolate sprinkles, toasted sliced almonds, chopped pecans, icing sugar or coconut

Method

  • BLEND cream cheese, almonds, icing sugar, coffee and rum; mix well.
  • MELT chocolate in microwave on MEDIUM power for 2 minutes; stir until melted.
  • Add to cream cheese mixture and roll into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls.
  • (Chill mixture if too soft to handle.)
  • ROLL balls in sprinkles, almonds, pecans, icing sugar or coconut.
