Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 4 sqr Baker's Semi-Sweet chocolate, minced Your favourite ice cream
Method
- Heat butter over low heat.
- Add in nuts; cook, stirring constantly, till light golden.
- REMOVE from heat; add in chocolate and stir till melted and smooth.
- SERVE hot over ice cream.
- Sauce hardens when it touches ice cream.
