Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 4 sqr Baker's Semi-Sweet chocolate, minced Your favourite ice cream

Method

  • Heat butter over low heat.
  • Add in nuts; cook, stirring constantly, till light golden.
  • REMOVE from heat; add in chocolate and stir till melted and smooth.
  • SERVE hot over ice cream.
  • Sauce hardens when it touches ice cream.
