Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten until light
  • 1 Tbsp. cream
  • 3/4 c. English walnuts
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • whipped cream

Method

  • Cream sugar and butter.
  • Add the remaining ingredients. Crumble 3/4 pound vanilla wafers; use alternate layers of the crumbs and the batter and pour in and fill greased pan.
  • Store in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Serve with whipped cream.
  • Serves 8 or 10.
