Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs, beaten until light
- 1 Tbsp. cream
- 3/4 c. English walnuts
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- whipped cream
Method
- Cream sugar and butter.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Crumble 3/4 pound vanilla wafers; use alternate layers of the crumbs and the batter and pour in and fill greased pan.
- Store in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Serves 8 or 10.
