Ingredients
- 6 Walleye fillets or other whitefish
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon
- 1/3 c. melted butter
Method
- Place fillets in shallow baking dish.
- Pat with paper towel. Spread mayonnaise on fillets.
- Sprinkle on bread crumbs and tarragon.
- Drizzle with butter.
- Bake 30 minutes at 375°.
- Serve with lemon and tartar sauce.
