Ingredients
- 4 - 6 lg. Vidalia onions
- 4 - 6 Tbsp. butter
- 4 - 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of Nature's Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic and parsley)
- 2 - 3 ft. heavy duty aluminum foil
Method
- Peel onions.
- Cut 3/4 down through the onions, criss-crossing until onions fan out like a floweret.
- Do not cut through to the bottom.
- Fill the center with butter, and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with Nature's Seasoning.
- Place each onion on large square of foil.
- Bring edges of the foil to the top center and twist firmly.
- Place on a flat cooking pan.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until soft.
- Serves 4 - 6.
