Ingredients

  • 4 - 6 lg. Vidalia onions
  • 4 - 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 - 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Nature's Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic and parsley)
  • 2 - 3 ft. heavy duty aluminum foil

Method

  • Peel onions.
  • Cut 3/4 down through the onions, criss-crossing until onions fan out like a floweret.
  • Do not cut through to the bottom.
  • Fill the center with butter, and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with Nature's Seasoning.
  • Place each onion on large square of foil.
  • Bring edges of the foil to the top center and twist firmly.
  • Place on a flat cooking pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until soft.
  • Serves 4 - 6.
