Ingredients
- 4 strips bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- dash of garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (28 oz.) can pork and beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can red beans (pintos can be used)
- 1 (16 oz.) green lima beans
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. ketchup
Method
- Fry bacon crisp.
- Cook onions in bacon drippings.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
- Crumble bacon and mix into beans.
- Bake at 350°, uncovered, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
