Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 ts salt or to taste
  • 1/2 ts pepper or to taste
  • 1/4 lb Fontina cheese
  • 2 Tbs bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbs parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbs basil, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 4 Tbs olive oil

Method

  • Wash tomatoes and cut the top; empty them with a spoon. Sprinkle the inside with salt and turn them over.
  • meanwhile mix cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, basil, garlic and pepper.
  • Place the tomatoes on a baking dish previously oiled. Drizzle them with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.
