Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 ts salt or to taste
- 1/2 ts pepper or to taste
- 1/4 lb Fontina cheese
- 2 Tbs bread crumbs
- 2 Tbs parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbs basil, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 4 Tbs olive oil
Method
- Wash tomatoes and cut the top; empty them with a spoon. Sprinkle the inside with salt and turn them over.
- meanwhile mix cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, basil, garlic and pepper.
- Place the tomatoes on a baking dish previously oiled. Drizzle them with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.
