- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato paste
- olives, chopped
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- salt to taste
Method
- Saute the onion and green pepper.
- Add meat and cook until done. Add 1/2 cup cheese and rest of ingredients. Cook about 7 ounces or more of spaghetti in salt water until tender. Cover the bottom of a large pan with spaghetti.
- Spoon the meat mixture over the spaghetti. Sprinkle cheese over top (3/4 cup mushrooms, optional).
- Cover pan and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
