Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • olives, chopped
  • 1 c. cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of hot pepper sauce
  • salt to taste

Method

  • Saute the onion and green pepper.
  • Add meat and cook until done. Add 1/2 cup cheese and rest of ingredients. Cook about 7 ounces or more of spaghetti in salt water until tender. Cover the bottom of a large pan with spaghetti.
  • Spoon the meat mixture over the spaghetti. Sprinkle cheese over top (3/4 cup mushrooms, optional).
  • Cover pan and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
